Title: Choosing Desktop or Online SEO Tools

Sometimes having too many options can complicate things.
I mean, how are you to know what the best choice is for
your business?

When it comes to search engine optimization tools, you
are able to choose between online tools and desktop tools.

So, which kind should you go with?

To begin, the main differences between online or desktop programs,
is whether you:

A) Download the product to your computer and use it independently.
The tool sits on your desktop (or in your task bar), and you can load
it up and use it anytime you wish.

B) Online tools require that you log into an account and conduct
your research through their online interface. You work within
their program, connected to the Internet, and to their website.

Another factor is cost.

With downloadable desktop programs, you typically pay once and
then it’s yours to use for life.

With online SEO tools, you are going to pay monthly or yearly for
access to their program.

But there is a third factor to consider, and in my opinion it’s one of
the most important.

UPDATES!

With downloadable programs where you pay one-time for lifetime
access, you may not be given regular updates, bug fixes and improvements.

While the last thing you want is a buggy product where you aren’t getting
regular updates, even more important to your SEO research is that the
tools you use need to be up-to-date, constantly evolving as search
engine optimization does.

This world of SEO is an ever-changing one, and what works today may not
necessarily work tomorrow. So considering that, it’s important that you
choose a program that is going to provide you with ongoing updates,
improved options as they become available, and prompt support, in
the event you need it.

So while a downloadable program may fit your budget at the time, consider
the long-term advantages of subscribing to a product that will provide
you with the most cutting edge, innovative, and up-to-date options.

The last thing you want is for your competitor to be given information, or
access to evolving tools while you’re still using outdated programs.

But downloadable desktop programs aren’t always a disadvantage.

There are a few downloadable programs that offer the same resources,
updates and support that online options provide.

I list the top options in the special report so be sure to read through that
before making your decision.

I wish you the very best in your SEO campaigns and strategies, and
look forward to hearing from you regarding your success!
